What if your employees cannot get in to perform the cleaning service?

If our employees arrive at your home and are unable to get in, we will assess a 50 percent fee of the total quote. From there, we will attempt to come back on a subsequent day. That being said, we won’t be able to guarantee that the same cleaner comes on a different day.
