As a company, we have a policy to not keep keys in our possession. We would rather you provide us with a code that we can use for entry. If not possible, we ask that you have a lockbox that we can access for entry.

We offer multiple cleaning services. Our Deluxe and General service differ in level of cleanliness and what is actually cleaned. While customary, you certainly don't have to. Tips are never required or expected. They are appreciated though. If you feel our housekeeper performed his/her duties above expectations, a tip would be very appreciated.

You will be able to change your cleaning service to another day. Please contact us to give more than 24 hours of notice.
