We care about your pats. Cats have never been a problem. In many cases dogs are fine around our housekeepers but sometimes they get agitated because of the vacuum. To assure safety to your pets and the safety of the housekeeper, we recommend for the pets to be canaled.

Not necessarily.  But you can be home if you don’t have any place to go or errands to run.

If you forget to leave a payment the day of the service, we will charge your credit card on file.

We care a lot about every customer and their families well-being and we recommend everyone to provide us with a vacuum for carpet, a cobweb brush and to have a toilet brush in every bathroom to minimize as much as we can dropping germs into your home from equipment that have been used from home to home.

Skipping a service need to be done not less than 24 hours. If you skip a service, you will be charged $45.00 extra next time we come. Remember what schedule you have signed up for cleaning services.

Yes, absolutely you can. It will be appreciated if you give us 24 hours of notice.

Not necessarily, but it will be appreciated if you would like to show your appreciation for work well-done.

Top to Bottom Deluxe is provided mostly the first-time we work for a customer or once a year for our regular customers. It is a very detailed service. We customize the service based upon customer’s request. We clean all those areas of a home that are not included in the maintenance/general cleaning service.

Golden Maid do not hold keys any longer. We prefer for you to provide garage code, doorknob electronic combination, or you can have a lock box at the front door if the garage is detached.

You will be charged 50% of your regular quote. We will try to come in a different day, but we might not be able to send the same housekeeper that provide regular cleaning service for you.

We will work closely with you to make that happened.
