To skip your service, you should call us or contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled servicing. If you happen to skip our service, you will be charged $45 the following time service is provided. We recommend you note down when you schedule service to avoid this type of charge.

What Is The Difference Between The General Maintenance Service and The Top To Bottom Deluxe Cleaning Service?2021-06-29T01:53:13+00:00

The general maintenance service is usually reserved for those that are getting frequent cleanings. Whereas, the top to bottom option is usually reserved for first-time customers that require deep and thorough cleaning. However, the type of service you get can be fully customized based on your wants and desires.

Do I Need To Provide a Key?2021-06-29T01:54:06+00:00

Brief History on West Allis WI

West Allis, Wisconsin is a city located in Milwaukee County, just to the west of Milwaukee.  The area that is now West Allis was originally inhabited by the Menominee Native American tribe. In the mid-19th century, European settlers began to arrive in the area, attracted by its fertile farmland and proximity to Milwaukee. The first permanent settler was Edward P. Allis, who arrived in 1846 and established a farm that would later become the Allis-Chalmers manufacturing company.

In 1902, the Allis-Chalmers company, along with several other major manufacturing companies, merged to form the Milwaukee Industrial Exposition, which became known as the Milwaukee Mile. This event brought thousands of visitors to West Allis each year and helped to establish the city as an important manufacturing center. In 1906, West Allis was incorporated as a city, with a population of around 2,500. Over the next few decades, the city continued to grow, with new neighborhoods, parks, and schools being established. During World War II, West Allis played an important role in the war effort, with many of its factories converting to wartime production.

In the postwar years, West Allis continued to thrive, with a strong economy and a growing population. However, like many other Midwestern cities, it experienced economic decline in the latter half of the 20th century, with many of its manufacturing jobs moving overseas.

Today, West Allis is a diverse and vibrant community, with a population of around 60,000. It is home to several major employers, including Aurora Health Care, Briggs & Stratton, and the West Allis-West Milwaukee School District. The city is also known for its annual State Fair, which attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors each year.
