What happens if an employee is unable to gain access to a house for cleaning?

If we are unable to gain access, you will be charged half of the regular fee for a cleaning. If possible, we will reschedule and return to clean on a subsequent day. However, due to scheduling, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to send out your regular housekeeper when this happens.
