Though we at one time kept keys for customers, we no longer offer this option. Instead, we ask that customers give us the combination for an electronically locked garage door, door knob, or lockbox.

Tipping is not necessary, but it is appreciated. We do not require tips, and they are not built into payment in any way. But tips can be a great way to show a cleaner that you appreciate the hard work they've done.
Changing days isn't a problem! We simply ask for at least 24 hours of prior notice before a change.

We request three tools from customers: a cobweb brush, a carpet-friendly vacuum, and a toilet bowl brush. Using customer-provided tools like this helps us ensure that there will not be germs brought into your home from other houses where we have worked.
When you sign up for our services, we will ask you to place a credit card on file with us. If payment through a different preferred method is forgotten, we will charge that card on the same day that cleaning takes place.
In many cases, it is not necessary for the customer to be on site during cleanings. That said, it's not a problem if you are home either. We don't mind either way!
